Assisted by K9 and the HAWCS police helicopter, police tracked the suspect northwest of the bank.

Police managed to catch up to the suspect and arrested him just north of the Max Bell arena near Memorial Dr.

His hands and arms dyed red by what appeared to be an anti-robbery device, he was handcuffed and led away by officers.

Charges against the suspect are pending.
