India hails, Pak rejects ICJ verdict

NEW DELHI: The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has stayed the death sentence that a Pak military court imposed on Indian Navy ex-officer Kulbhushan Jadhav and ordered he be provided consular access, officials at the Ministry of External Affairs said.
